Session Fees

Before children are grant funded (term after their third birthday) you will be charged hourly for the time you attend, each hour costs £4.50.  After this time, you will receive 15 hours per week funding for your child.  The pre-school will claim these hours on your behalf, you will need to show our administrator your child’s birth certificate and sign a form at the start of each term.  Then we do the rest!

If your child is attending two settings, you can choose to split your grant between both settings or spend it in one place.  Any hours your child attends above the claimed grant will be invoiced termly at the current grant rate, at the present time this is £4.50 per hour.  If your child attends all 18 hours per week, you will need to pay for 3 hours each week.

Our lunch sessions are covered by funding. You will need to supply a lunch in a cool bag and make sure you label all the food and drinks in it; a little bit of work for you we know, but health and safety insists on this because of the varying allergies we get in the group.  Lunches are very popular and the children love it!

Fee increases will apply each April in line with Oxfordshire County Council Nursery Education Funding.

It is important that your fees are paid promptly, as we are a charitable organisation, we are non-profit making and therefore any income is due to go back out quickly!  If you have any problems paying your fees, please talk to the manager or our administrator without delay so that an alternative payment method can be arranged.  Fees go out at the beginning of each term and you are given a two week time span to pay.  A 5% interest can be charged for late payments at the discretion of the committee, so it is important you let someone know if you are having problems.
